Egyptian stand off

I have just seen what you presented Monday night local time, could not help writing this to you with all respect.

We the Egyptian people cannot give all executive, legislative and judicial immunity to anyone, we do not dare to do so, even if it is for a short time.

Madison said and I quote "The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive and judicial, in the same hands, weather of one, a few, or many, and weather hereditary, self appointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny"(the Federalist papers #47 at 301 J. Madison)

This decree was not needed because:

1- For five months the president had executive and legislative powers he did not invest them to issue laws that benefit the people,  we cannot assume that he will after having the proposed immunity.

2- If the constitutional assembly was dissolved that will not only mean that it was wrongly composed, but it also means that he has to find a better balance of powers in a new one that he is entitled to appoint by the powers already vested in him. Please do not forget what Hamilton said and I quote  “In a society under the form of which the stronger faction can readily unite and oppress the weaker, anarchy may as truly be said to reign as in a state of nature, where the weaker individual is not secured against the violence of the stronger”  ( A. Hamilton - A. Mentor Book 1961)

3- The senate did not do anything  since elected except for appointing presidents of the public sector news papers . and if dissolved, its powers will go to the President, so no harm is done.

Both of the last two points do not give reason for the decree, we cannot stop wondering what else does?
